Executed Works (Current Phase)

The works completed in this phase include site setup and land clearing, execution of general excavations and ground improvement works through the installation of a ballast layer of approximately 3,600 cubic meters, construction of foundations and elevations, execution of backfilling works and underground installations below ground level, as well as formwork and reinforcement of the slab above the ground floor, together with preparation of formwork for the vertical structural elements of the ground floor.

Interior Layout (functions and capacity)

The building is designed to serve 336 children, organized into 28 classrooms, complemented by spaces dedicated to therapy and educational activities:

• classrooms adapted for inclusive education
• therapy spaces: physiotherapy, speech therapy, psychology
• medical offices
• educational workshops
• dining hall
• offices and administrative spaces

The interior layout focuses on accessibility, safety, and user comfort.

Outdoor Arrangements (access, mobility, recreation)

The outdoor area is designed as an extension of the educational process and includes:

• 47 parking spaces
• separate pedestrian and vehicle access
• sensory garden with auditory, tactile, visual, olfactory, and gustatory zones
• relaxation areas, pergolas, and themed pathways
• two outdoor classrooms, integrated into the green space

The outdoor facilities support educational, therapeutic, and recreational activities.
