• Site preparation and clearance of existing elements
• Excavation works for foundations.

Works to be Carried Out

1. Main Works:

• Civil and industrial constructions (buildings, tanks, technical channels, reservoir foundations);
• Electrical, thermal, and sanitary installations for all facilities;
• Filtration system, phosphorus reduction, and biogas recovery;
• Residual gas treatment line.

2. Major Constructions:

• Wastewater treatment building (33 x 13 m, H ~11.6 m);
• Gatehouse (6 x 3 m).

3. External Works:

• Minimum 16 parking spaces, internal roads, sidewalks, green areas, and fencing.
