The building is equipped with green technologies that allow it to operate on the net-zero energy principle. By integrating photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and high-performance insulation systems, the headquarters generates an amount of energy equivalent to its consumption.

Investment and inauguration

According to the official press release published by TERRA Romania on 22.05.2024, the company invested €2.7 million in this modern and sustainable headquarters in Brașov.

The inauguration event brought together over 200 guests – clients, partners, representatives of local authorities, and colleagues from the TERRA Group subsidiaries in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic – marking an important milestone in the company’s development.
