About

Named “Platanus,” this project was designed to meet the development and expansion needs of Ready Garment Technology Romania SRL. Located in the picturesque town of Baraolt in Romania, the project was carried out from October 2015 to April 2016.

As the general contractor, RAP DEVELOPMENT successfully coordinated all aspects of the project, from planning and design to execution and completion. The main objective of this project was to expand the existing production hall and warehousing spaces to meet the growing demand and enhance the production capacity of Ready Garment Technology Romania SRL. Additionally, we included the expansion of administrative spaces, thereby creating a more efficient and functional working environment for employees.

The built area for this project was 1,700 square meters, ensuring sufficient space for organized and optimized production and storage activities. We applied best construction practices and used high-quality materials to guarantee the strength and durability of the newly expanded buildings.
