RAP DEVELOPMENT, as the general contractor, coordinated the project to expand production spaces for S.C. CROCO S.R.L., providing an efficient and professional solution for this initiative. In 2017, we were selected to lead the construction project of a production and warehouse hall in the city of Onești, Romania, for the benefit of the company.

The newly built hall has a generous area of 4,600 square meters, providing S.C. CROCO S.R.L. with an expanded capacity to carry out its production and storage operations. We ensured that every aspect of the project was carefully managed and that the highest standards of quality and safety were adhered to.

With a maximum production capacity of 110 tons over 24 hours, S.C. CROCO S.R.L. has an extensive infrastructure, including production spaces of 6,567 square meters, storage spaces of 8,350 square meters, and offices of 471 square meters. Our team of specialists worked together with dedication and expertise to ensure the project’s completion in line with requirements and expectations.
